How can i pay?
We accept payments through Paypal. Payment can be made in the check out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We currently ship to the following 10 countries: USA, Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, India, Taiwan and Malaysia. We can also provide shipping quotes for countries not listed above by sending us an email to email@example.com
Do i need to pay tax?
This depends on your country as some countries do not and some countries do charge tax on certain imported goods at certain quantity/value levels. We are not responsible for any tax charges and it is the buyer's responsibility to find out if their country has any tax charges.
How do i know my order has been processed properly?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will recieve a confirmation email with your order and shipping details.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and dispatched the next following day (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday (excluding public holidays). Orders will only be processed and delivered on business days.
What is the difference between standard and express shipping?
There are 2 shipping options which customers can choose from.
Express shipping is EMS via Korea post and shipping takes around 3~5 days with tracking number.
Standard shipping is airmail via Korea post and shipping takes around 10~14 days and no tracking number is provided.
Since EMS shipping is very expensive we recommend standard shipping for customers who wants to pay less for shipping and have the patience to wait for their item.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Normally it takes 1~2 business days for the order to be processed and delivery will be dependent on the location and current stock of items. Please refer to the shipping page for more details.
How can i track the shipment of my item?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted (ONLY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING. Shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
What size should i order?
Please take into account that sizes may vary depending on brands. In order to guarantee the correct size, please take a moment to look at the size dimensions and additional description of the product in the product details page. Most of our products are free size (size fits all).
What is Free size?
Free Size means we have only one size for that product. Generally, Free Size is similar to small or medium in the US. The reason why we do not specify a specific size is due to the fact that each brand has different dimensions. Please take a moment to look at the size dimensions and additional description of the product in the product details page.
Can i re-order an item that is sold out?
This will depend on the supply of the item. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you are looking into ordering an item that is sold out.
Which currency will i be charged?
All prices listed on our site are displayed and charged in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer should determine the exact currency rate that you will be charged. For an estimate of the currency rate please check on the foreign exchange rate site http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ prior purchase. Please note that we do not make any guarantees or promises about the current exchange rate or what you will be charged by your bank. That is out of our control.
What is your refund policy?
We do not refund for simply change of mind, however we are happy to provide a refund if the item is faulty or the item is not as described within 21 days of receipt. Official Korean Fashion checks the items and make sure they are not faulty prior shipping to avoid any disputes.
If you would like a refund, please email us at email@example.com to let us know and we will confirm the return details.
The item must be returned to us in it's original condition (unworn, unwashed and tags still attached). Official Korean Fashion is not responsible for the return postage costs and we highly recommend that you use traceable delivery method when returning your item e.g. registered post. Please record tracking number in case the parcel goes missing as we cannot be held responsible is this occurs.
We cannot provide refund for the following reasons:
- Incorrect name/ shipping addresses given when finalizing purchases will be the buyers’ responsibility.
- Garments that are no longer in their original condition (worn, washed or damaged).
- We are happy to process store credit for you, but we do not refund items if you've simply changed your mind.
